Pork Loin Chop

Pork loin chops are a lean cut and come from the loin.
To ensure the pork chop is tender and juicy, it is best cooked quickly on a high heat.  Pork chops can be cooked either in the oven in the pan.
 
There are approximately 4-5 chops to a kilogram.
